  • An estate sale is a professionally managed sale of personal property—furniture, home décor, collectibles, jewelry, clothing, tools, and more. Estate sales often happen due to downsizing, relocation, life transitions, or settling an estate, but they don’t have to be tied to loss. Every situation is unique, and we meet you where you are.

  • All items are thoughtfully researched and priced by Old Soul Estate Sales based on current market value, condition, age, and demand. We aim to price items fairly—maximizing value while encouraging strong buyer interest. Our goal is to sell as much as possible while honoring the worth and history of your belongings.

  • No—please don’t feel pressure to clean, organize, or throw anything away before we meet. We prefer to see the home as it is so we can properly assess what should be sold, donated, or removed. Light tidying is fine, but it’s never required.

  • The consultation is a walk-through of the home where we discuss your goals, timeline, and what you’d like included in the sale. We’ll answer questions, explain the process, and determine if we’re a good fit for each other. There’s no obligation to move forward after the consultation.

  • Timelines vary based on the size of the home and volume of items. Generally:

    • Preparation: 1–2 weeks

    • Sale days: typically 2–3 days

    • Final settlement: within a few days after the sale

We’ll provide a clear timeline once we’ve seen the space.
